What are SIPS?
SIPS are a structural component system in which a panel is fabricated of Expanded Polystyrene Insulation and sheets of OSB or Plywood.

The panels are bonded under high pressure to create a marvel of modern building systems. Job site construction time is substantially reduced, and the building is tighter and stronger.

Prairie West offers Structural Insulated Panel (SIPS) construction. We use the most precisely engineered products available to build energy efficient homes, commercial buildings, agricultural buildings and church buildings. Using SIPS creates a high performance building envelope that is strong, energy efficient, and cost effective. We are authorized builders for both Enercept(wood post frame) and Rigid Building Systems (steel frame). For those who prefer, traditional stick frame construction is also available.
